Focused on promoting wellbeing and supporting people’s recovery with the high-quality care they deserve, Kenia has served as the main contact between patients from overseas and dental care US certified professionals, guiding them through the journey of medical tourism in Medellin.

Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Universidad Central de Venezuela – widely held to be the highest-ranking institution in the country – Kenia made her way into the teaching and serving side of her field of expertise, combining the scientific and artistic components, to become the most creative person she can be.

With a self-taught English as a second language (and raising the bar by learning German in the same way), she is in charge of the Customer Service Department and the creation of content for social media, focusing her passion towards the assessment of the patient’s needs beside dental work, and many other functions that ensure that a quality experience will be achieved, deadlines will be met and fun will be had.

Constantly striving for knowledge, when she is not at the office, she immerses herself in practicing German, looking for new online courses, revisiting past rock music albums (and discovering new ones) or simply watching a cult movie.

She is the youngest of our team, working as a Dental Services Executive in charge of cordially receiving all our patients, she is the first contact you will have with International Smiles if you contact us by digital media such as WhatsApp or call to schedule your appointment.

She is a high school graduate of Institution Educative Normal Superior, Enthusiastic at all times, intelligent and is passionate about dance, also stands out for her knowledge of German, A2 certified in the official examination of Von Humboldt, and has traveled to this country twice.

She graduated from CEFA (Centro Formativo de Antioquia) with a technical bachelor’s degree in commerce, has a specialty in accounting assistant, and is also a technician in administrative assistance.

She works as a receptionist and administrative assistant at International Smiles clinic.

She is in charge of welcoming our patients and has a great facility to establish excellent interpersonal relationships, for her charisma and commitment to the welfare of patients during the period they are in our facilities. She stands out for being an organized, respectful, collaborative, courteous, persevering and punctual woman.
