Focused on promoting wellbeing and supporting people’s recovery with the high-quality care they deserve, Kenia has served as the main contact between patients from overseas and dental care US certified professionals, guiding them through the journey of medical tourism in Medellin.

Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Universidad Central de Venezuela – widely held to be the highest-ranking institution in the country – Kenia made her way into the teaching and serving side of her field of expertise, combining the scientific and artistic components, to become the most creative person she can be.

With a self-taught English as a second language (and raising the bar by learning German in the same way), she is in charge of the Customer Service Department and the creation of content for social media, focusing her passion towards the assessment of the patient’s needs beside dental work, and many other functions that ensure that a quality experience will be achieved, deadlines will be met and fun will be had.

Constantly striving for knowledge, when she is not at the office, she immerses herself in practicing German, looking for new online courses, revisiting past rock music albums (and discovering new ones) or simply watching a cult movie.
